Maher arrived on Dec 10 to fix my folks’ water heater He arrived on time, properly installed everything, was very polite and finished on time Still working without a hitch The company as a whole was very helpful. We called other places in the area and no one picked up. They picked up and came to our help right away because my folks had no heat for 3 days so they were a life saver! I highly recommend! Quality work for a great price!

On the Spot was great! Response time with plumber in site was within 2 hours. I called them at 6:33 am and they were here by 8:10am. We had an emergency sewer back up and hi completed with an hour! Very efficient! Highly recommend them!

I asked them to check a leak on the 1st floor because my regular plumber was unavailable that night. On the Spot responded quickly to assess the issue. Found the leak and stopped the water. My only complaint is that the plumber turned off the water on the 2nd floor as well, which caused an inconvenience until our regular plumber arrived two days later.
